Firstly, is he committing suicide on his own accord? Yes he is! Since there is a rule stated that no one is allowed to have personal and direct contact with dangerous animals, I see no reason why he jumped in to the tigers dam with only a broom and a pail.
Secondly, there is no reason why he should shout at the tigers to attract their attention. Since he does that, Tigers in their nature instinct will either see him as a prey or have the intention to invade their privacy. They will for sure want to protect themselves. And they are very sensitive too.
To protect the man, people threw things at them, shouted at them to distract their attention. But will the tigers know what is going on?
After this incident, the 2 Female white tigers involved are having symptoms of stress-ness like constantly alert and breathing heavily.
Isn't it a selfish act? A selfish way to end his life?
To me, he has already made the wrong choice to end his life. He managed to end his life and left the survivors to suffer. So sinful of him.
If the beautiful tigers are punished just for God's given personality, it will be super unfair to them! And it will also be a loss for every visitors to Singapore Zoo.
I agree, animal lovers will never be irritated by the animals flaws. For example, they will be able to accept the barks of dogs whereas non-animal lovers will be easily irritated. This applies to children lovers. They can accept the noise made by the kids.
There are differences in everyone thinking and opinion. If everyone is responsible for the ones that they loved and able to give and take everything would be fine is it?
I hereby urge everyone to respect all animals. They have life too! They are so innocent and unable to voice out the unhappiness like we humans, all they can do is suffer on their own. How pitiful they are.
Tons of love, Vone
