Manna business today was horrible. 3 tables in the afternoon, 4 tables at night. A total of 7 tables in a day?! Monday blues.. Anyway, Today was a relax and smoothing day for me. Nothing much happen.
After chatting with Aunti Chew, a kitchen in charge, I learnt a lot from her. Like how to protect myself as a girl. Also got to know many things in manna. I really respect her a lot. *Salute* Her prediction of people is also quite accurate.
Sandy gan ma, helped her to buy ingredients at the NTUC. Some stuffs were wrongly purchased haha she never blame me. Supper was on her too. MOS Burger. OMG!! SUPPER.. Going for a swim tomorrow!
Yesterday, Lao ma kept me in bar. She asked me to stay in the bar counter as there are not really many customers. She says she wants me to learn bar. Although Weili, Aunti Teo and me knew the actual reason her her to do so. Thanks her a lot for taking care of me.
To me, Lao ma is really a responsible and nice manager. She knows her work well and also will help even though she can sit back and just foresee the restaurant. If we do our job well, she will be nice to us. We just do our job well so she won't be put in a difficult position. :D
Tomorrow's service staffs : Weili and me. Everything will go well for us in terms of work. We can be the best partners. Cooperate with one another makes things to be done effective and efficient. Hope nothing will destroy our mood in anyway.
